After breakfast, we will continue driving to Soraypampa (3,900 meters / 12,795 feet), the starting point of the hike to Humantay Lake. Soraypampa sits at the base of the majestic Salkantay Mountain, offering stunning views before we begin the trek. We will ascend a moderately challenging trail, covering 1.5 kilometers (0.93 miles) over approximately 1.5 hours. Along the way, we will encounter native flora and learn about the geology of the region.

Arrival at Humantay Lake
