2What is the difficulty level of the activities?

We rate this tour as easy to moderate. Most activities involve light hiking, boat rides, and cultural visits. The Ahuashiyacu Falls hike and Taytamaki Park may require moderate effort.

3What kind of weather should we expect?

Tarapoto has a hot and humid tropical climate. Daytime temperatures range from 25°C to 35°C, while nights remain warm. Occasional rain showers occur, especially in the wet season.

4Are the tours suitable for children or elderly travelers?

Yes, this is a family-friendly tour. However, certain activities, like hiking at Ahuashiyacu Falls, may require extra caution for elderly travelers or young children.

5Can we swim in Laguna Azul and Ahuashiyacu Falls?

Yes! Both locations allow swimming in safe, designated areas. The water is refreshing and clean, but we should always follow our guide’s safety instructions.

6What kind of accommodation is provided?

The tour includes 4 nights of hotel accommodation in Tarapoto. Hotels vary by package selection, offering comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

7Is there Wi-Fi and cell service in all locations?

Wi-Fi is available in hotels, but it might be weak in places like Laguna Azul and Alto Mayo. A local SIM card with data may help for better connectivity.
